This modern, single-story residence with a full basement features an H-shaped floor plan that gracefully defines both a welcoming entry courtyard and a private rear courtyard for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Designed with clean lines and understated warmth, the home balances contemporary sensibilities with livable comfort. Multiple exterior color studies were explored in collaboration with the owners, who are currently finalizing a palette that reflects both personal style and architectural intent.
